“Driving Mr. Tyrone” Actor Dethroned

By Logan McRay
In a presser for his racial harmony road trip film “Green Book”, actor Viggo Mortenson committed the mortal sin of uttering the word that shall not be uttered while describing words that are no longer uttered.
From the Hollywood Reporter:
“For instance, no one says n— anymore,” Mortensen said during a long discourse about race in America, according to Film Independent member Dick Schulz, a Hollywood-based freelance director who was present and who spoke with The Hollywood Reporter on Thursday night after his tweet about the comments began to go viral. Two other Twitter users, who claimed to have been at the Q&A, echoed Schulz’s assertions.
Mortenson’s African American co-star Mahershala Ali heard the uttered word and thus spoketh:
"However well-intended or intellectual the conversation may have been, it wasn’t appropriate for Viggo to say the n-word."
As of this writing, Mortenson’s mouth is presumably functional and capable of uttering words that begin with “M” and possibly even “S”.
